Before shipping
Free cancellation up to the moment we start printing. Just email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After you receive it
You have 14 days to return any piece in its original condition for a full refund. We pay return shipping within India.
Custom orders are non-returnable unless the piece arrived damaged or defective — in which case we'll reprint or refund, no questions.
Damaged in transit
Email hello@sizuko.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately and cover return shipping.
How to start a return
- Email hello@sizuko.com with your order number and reason.
- We reply within 1 business day with a return label and instructions.
- Ship the piece back in its original packaging. We refund within 3 business days of receiving it.
