Where's my order?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Here's how to track yours.
1. Check your inbox
We email you when your piece starts printing, when it ships (with a tracking link), and when it's out for delivery. If you don't see any of these, check spam — or sign in to your account to view order status.
2. Track it
Your tracking link goes to BlueDart or Delhivery depending on your region. If the tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, the carrier may have missed a scan — your piece is still on its way.
3. Still stuck?
Email hello@sizuko.com with your order number — we'll chase it for you within 1 business day.
