Made-to-order
Every SIZUKO piece is 3D-printed to your order. Once printing has begun we can't cancel — but we can rework it if something goes wrong on our end. If you change your mind before we ship, full refund.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST. Payment is processed by Razorpay — we don't store card details. Custom orders require a 30% deposit; balance is due before shipping.
Shipping & returns
Free shipping over ₹1,500 across India. Delivery typically 5–8 days from order. See the shipping policy and returns help for details.
Warranty
Every SIZUKO piece is warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year. If your piece cracks, warps, or otherwise fails under normal use, we'll reprint or refund.
Liability
SIZUKO objects are decorative — not toys. Keep small pieces away from children and pets; plant-based PLA isn't toxic but isn't digestible either.
